Liza makes every effort to answer the phone prior to voice mail. If you get voice mail, Liza is there, either busy on the other line with a client or looking into a client request.
Usually the most hectic times are the Spring and Fall. With over
1000 customers, and some 500 + wanting our service for Spring Startup,
scheduling is a challenge. Startups begin usually May 1st, to ensure
freezing temperatures are over. There are 3 full time service technicians
as well as some of the install crew that are assigned to startups.
Hiring additional experienced people for this short period of 4-6 weeks is
impossible. Please be assured that we are making our best efforts to
satisfy each client.

Summer Service
Depending on how hot and dry it is can be challenging at times. With the 3 full time service technicians, we make every effort to set an appointment within 24 – 48 hours with a 2 - 4 hour window. That beats Bell and Cable’s 9 - 5. Click here to request summer service.
Fall Shut Downs
There are 2 high volume compressors and 4 people that allow the compressors to work 7 days a week for the 5-6 weeks needed to shut your system down for the winter.
*** THE MONDAY OF THANKSGIVING, SHUT YOUR WATER OFF IN THE BASEMENT ***
The valve is normally located on a ¾” copper pipe near the water meter.
• A Lever Valve which should be tagged and is yellow or orange, should have the Lever perpendicular (Right Angle) to the flow of water.
• A TAP Valve should be turned Clockwise to close the water flow.
